Restrictions: The restaurants can not accommodate tables with more than 6 people or groups in a regular seating, these should be coordinated separately as a group event.

Fuentes Culinary Theatre Proudly Presents Flavors and Colors of Mexico.

Join us at Fuentes Culinary Theatre! While taking pleasure in the delectable, spice filled dishes for which Mexico is famous, our chefs will take you on a gastronomical and cultural journey as shown on the restaurant’s over sized screens.

You can either choose from a succulent “A La Carte” menu or being served from one of the five open kitchens where the Chef unveils his culinary secrets in front of you.

Unknown too many, today’s Mexican cuisine is based on pre-Hispanic traditions, including the Mayan Culture. Fuentes and its theatrical actors, the “Chefs”, provide you the most popular and varied menu of these dishes combined with music from Mexican Mariachis and the wide screen display of Mexico’s diverse heritage.

“Flavors and Colors of Mexico” opens nightly from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
