Terrace Restaurant

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style on the terrace. The lunch and dinner Buffet Themes change daily from Italian to Asian Fusion to rich international specialities. There are also several ethnic Caribbean flavors as well as local dishes incorporated into the menus to provide you a sampling of typical St. Lucian cuisine. A grand Beach Barbeque is hosted once weekly and is complemented by the music of a live Steel Orchestra during dinnertime. The party culminates with a limbo and fire-eating display.

Dress code in the Terrace Restaurant is relaxed, though during the day, guests are asked to wear shoes and cover-ups over swim wear. Dinner, on the Terrace is also relaxed.

Trysting Place

Air conditioned fine dining restaurant - The Trysting Place - is open for dinner six nights a week, with a fabulous à la carte menu.

Dress code is "elegantly casually" - long trousers and shirts with collars for the gentlemen.
