Melia Caribe Tropical is all about lavish variety. With 12 different restaurants to choose from, you could experience new cuisine every day for 2 weeks! There are even dining spots serving lobster every day! There is always something tempting to eat and drink, 24 hours a day. The resort has a total of 9 bars, and all serve national and international beverages. Each of the great restaurants are described below and reservations are required for most a la carte restaurants. There are no limitations on a la carte dining at this resort ... guests are welcome to enjoy a la carte dining as often as they desire. Melia Resorts are well known for their fantastic and energetic entertainment staff, who delight in presenting two live shows every night.

Capri
A la carte restaurant with the most delightful fish & seafood specialties. Lobster served daily. Dinner served nightly from 6:00pm to 10:00pm - Dress code observed.

Le Gourmet
A la carte restaurant offering gourmet specialty cuisine. Open for dinner nightly - dress code observed.

Hokkaido
A la carte Japanese restaurant. Specializing in teppanyaki with a large variety of sushi, nigiry and Japanese desserts. Open for dinner nightly - dress code observed.

Ma Maison
A la carte luxury restaurant with French and international cuisine. Lobster served daily. Open for dinner nightly - dress code observed.

Los Panchos
Showcasing Mexican specialties with a buffet and show cooking stations. Open for dinner nightly from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Dress code observed, reservations not required.

Pagoda
Asian a la carte restaurant, with exotic Chinese dishes and show cooking stations Open for dinner nightly - dress code observed.

La Gondola
Italian restaurant, with a la carte service and show cooking stations for dinner, and buffet service with show cooking stations for breakfast & lunch.
Breakfast - 5:00am to 7:00am
Lunch - Noon to 4:00pm
Dinner - 6:00pm to 11:00pm.

Los Atabales
Scrumptious international buffet, offering theme nights. Open for breakfast and dinner.

Agora and El Turey Grills
Beachfront buffet restaurants with bars, large salad bars and buffet service for breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day.

American Grill
Offering a delicious variety of popular American dishes. Open for dinner nightly - dress code observed.

El Guarapo
A la carte restaurant presenting typical Dominican dishes. Open for dinner nightly - dress code observed.

Continental Breakfast
La Gondola restaurant offers snacks from 5:00am to 7:00am.

Midnight Snack
La Gondola restaurant offers late night snacks from 11:00pm to 5:00am.< br>
Bars
Guests may choose from 2 lobby bars, 2 pool bars, 2 beach bars, Sports bar, Fun Pub bar and Lounge bar - all with a selection of international and national beverages.

Dress Code
In general, men are requested to wear long pants for dinner in most resort a la carte restaurants in the Dominican Republic.
