As part of your all-inclusive package, almost any non-motorized water sport you can imagine is included: Kayaks, canoes, windsurfing, water bikes, sunfish sailing and diving lessons in the pool.

Integrated into the casino is the resort's Sports Bar, which means the drinks are included!The Melia Caribe Tropical is directly across the street from the renowned Cocotal Golf & Country club, with its par 72 world-class championship course designed by Jos&eacute Pepe Gancedo. Golf lessons are available with the international team at the Sol Meli&aacute Golf Academy. Calloway golf equipment is available for rent, and there is a complimentary shuttle service from the main lobby of the resort to the golf club.

Golf Inclusions
Guests of the Melia Caribe Tropical staying for 3 to 4 nights are entitled to 1 free round of 18 holes. Guests staying 5 to 7 nights are entitled to 2 free rounds of 18 holes. Tee time reservations may be booked upon arrival at the resort, and are subject to availability.

Golf Carts are Required
Golf carts are required for play at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. Rates for 2007 are $30US per person for a shared cart, and only $40US for a single cart. (rates subject to change)

Additional Rounds
Guests are also entitled to additional rounds of golf at an excellent discount. Greens fees for 18 holes are US$70.00 per person, and 9 holes are US$40.00 per person - including golf cart.

Use of Facilities
Guests of the Melia Caribe Tropical are entitled to unlimited use of the Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna at the Country Club!
