How the Easy Payment Plan Works
A deposit is due when you book your travel reservations. This is payable by credit card. The deposit amount varies according to the vacation you desire. Your final payment is due 50 days prior to your deparure date. Between the time you place your deposit and 50 days prior to your departure we can work out a payment plan with you. Your vacation must be paid in full 50 days prior to departure.
For example, you book a vacation which includes airfare for $3800.00 on 6/15/12 for travel departing on 11/10/12 returning on 11/17/12. The resort and airline require a total of $1800 as your deposit. You pay your deposit of $1800 on 6/15/12. This leaves you with a $2000 balance that is due by 9/21/09 (50 days prior to departure). You pay $667 on 7/21/12, $666 on 8/21/12 and $667 on 9/21/12. Of course you can break the payments up any way you choose as long as the final balance is paid in full 60 days prior to departure.
You can set up your own payment schedule and ask your travel consultant to remind you when your payments are due. You can also set up your own payment schedule and place a credit card on file and ask your travel consultant to automatically process the payment on your selected dates.
