We would love for you to book your next vacation with us.  We are aware of the numerous ads you receive and emails that urge you to book online or directly with the supplier.  The decision is yours, of course.  Please know that by booking online or directly from the supplier that you will be paying the same price or more than if you book with us, and receiving less.  Read on to learn the secret of the travel industry.

When you book directly with a supplier or online you are paying for something that you are not receiving - the service of a professional travel consultant.

Wait a minute, you say.  I know if I do it myself and book directly with the supplier or online the cost will be cheaper.  After all, there is no travel agent involved so there is no commission.  Wrong!

This is the secret of the travel industry - you will pay a travel agent commission no matter where you book because the commission is always built into the price.  Let me repeat this.  The commission is always built into the price.  You pay no more, no less.  This is the way it is and always has been.  This is the way the travel industry prices.

When you book online or directly with a supplier who has your best interest at heart?  Only you!  Your reservation is stored along with your credit card and traveler names and you become just another statistic.

When you book with a travel consultant your best interests are first and foremost.  Why?  Because we don't work for any one resort, airline, hotel, cruise line, train, rental car company or rental agency.  We take the time to learn the features and benefits of what we sell.  This is why at Saizan's Travel All Inclusive Vacations we only sell all inclusive resort vacations to a select number of all inclusive resorts.  We know these resorts.  We have studied them, keep up to date with changes, personally experience the resorts, and develop relationships with the resort manager and other resort personel. 

A good travel consultant will take the time to get to know exactly what you are looking for in a vacation and match the destination and resort to your needs and desires.  When you book with a supplier their only interest is booking you in what they have with no care if the resort is right for you or not.  When you book online you are rolling the dice on your vacation.

When you book with a travel consultant you are getting service.  The service starts with giving you solid advice based on your needs and desires.  The service comes from booking your vacation.  The service comes from recommending sightseeing, tours, restaurants, shopping and activities at your destination that we know you will enjoy.  The service comes from being available to answer any questions or concerns you have about your travel before, during and after you travel.  The service comes from handling any issues that may arise while your are traveling.  The service comes from caring that you have a fabulous time.

When you book online or directly with a supplier you are paying for services that you will never receive.  How many times have I had clients tell me the last time they booked online or directly with a supplier then had questions they were being "serviced" by a call center in a foreign country who had no knowlege of the resort in question?  Too many to count. 

Several years ago a well known hotel chain was using prison inmates to handle phone reservations.  That's right, prison inmates taking your personal information and credit card information.

Okay, you see how we have a "book it yourself engine" right on our website.  That's right.  This is for two reasons.  One is so people can shop to find out the cost of a vacation they are thinking about.  The other reason is for clients who have been to the destination and/or resort before and know what they want.  But, unlike other book yourself online sites and suppliers we are still available to you for questions and concerns before, during and after you travel.
